My mop needs assembly help

What do I put in the spray bottle?

Just water. Really. The microfiber pad does most of the actual cleaning, so plain water handles everyday floor messes just fine. Want a little extra cleaning power? A splash of white vinegar in the water works great and is safe around kids. Skip the harsh chemicals.

Why isn't the spray bottle spraying?

Nine times out of ten it's an air-lock from the bottle sitting upside down. Fill it up, hold it upright, and pump the trigger 5 to 10 times to prime it. Should be misting away after that.

Can the mop pads be washed?

Yes. Toss them in the washing machine on cold and into the dryer with everything else. No bleach. They hold up through plenty of cycles.

Does the mop work on all floor types?

Hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, sealed concrete: yes to all. Skip unsealed wood and obviously carpet (though we won't judge if your toddler tries).

What's the difference between the toddler mop, original kid mop, and big kid mop?

Three mops, all real, all built for kids:

Toddler mop (ages 3 to 5): our newer kid-sized design with a two-hand front pull-and-spray handle. Built for how toddlers naturally grip and move (no trigger squeezing required).
Original kid mop (ages 3 to 5): our original single-hand squeeze trigger design. Same age range as the toddler mop, just a different handle style. Limited inventory left at a discount.
Big kid mop (ages 5 to 8): full-size taller handle with a side squeeze trigger. Built for the grip strength and coordination of older kids.

My mop stopped working

We don't sell individual parts separately right now. But email me at help@quiggly.com and let me know what you're looking for. I'll see what I can do.

My package said delivered but I don't see it

Give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark things delivered before they actually drop them), check with neighbors, and look around your porch in case it got tucked somewhere odd. Still missing? Email me at help@quiggly.com and I'll sort it out.

I want to return or exchange something

Email me at help@quiggly.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.

I need to change or cancel my order

Email me as soon as possible at help@quiggly.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet I can usually catch it. If it's already on its way, I'll still do my best to help.
