Here's what I get asked most often.

My mop needs assembly help

Before anything else, watch the assembly video. Most issues sort themselves out in about two minutes.

What do I put in the spray bottle?

Just water. Really. The microfiber pad does most of the actual cleaning, so plain water handles everyday floor messes just fine. Want a little extra cleaning power? A splash of white vinegar in the water works great and is safe around kids. Skip the harsh chemicals.

Why isn't the spray bottle spraying?

Nine times out of ten it's an air-lock from the bottle sitting upside down. Fill it up, hold it upright, and pump the trigger 5 to 10 times to prime it. Should be misting away after that.

Can the mop pads be washed?

Yes. Toss them in the washing machine on cold and into the dryer with everything else. No bleach. They hold up through plenty of cycles.

Does the mop work on all floor types?

Hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, sealed concrete: yes to all. Skip unsealed wood and obviously carpet (though we won't judge if your toddler tries).

What's the difference between the toddler mop and the kid mop?

Same height, different handle setup. The toddler mop (ages 3 to 5) has a two-hand front pull-and-spray handle that works with how toddlers naturally grip and move. The kid mop (ages 4 to 8) uses a side squeeze trigger that needs a bit more grip strength and coordination. Pick based on motor skills, not height.

My mop stopped working

My package said delivered but I don't see it

Give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark things delivered before they actually drop them), check with neighbors, and look around your porch in case it got tucked somewhere odd. Still missing? Email me at help@getquiggly.com and I'll sort it out.

I want to return or exchange something

Email me at help@getquiggly.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.

I need to change or cancel my order

Email me as soon as possible at help@getquiggly.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet I can usually catch it. If it's already on its way, I'll still do my best to help.
